PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome Guests to your area with a warm smile and welcoming voice. Ensure that the product served is presented at the proper temperature, in proper container and proper portions. Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and general area during shift Properly enter all transactions into POS system Adhere to all cash handling policies of the property. Be aware of all property amenities and events so that you can assist guests when questions arise Immediately report any equipment or inventory issues to your leadership Visually inspect all equipment before use and at end of shift Adhere to all Southern Nevada Health District Guidelines Any additional duties as assigned per leadership. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
6 months in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting preferred. Food preparation experience preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to work in an environment that can contain loud music, loud talking and quick changes in temperature. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Current Health Card Required Current Alcohol Awareness Card Required Must be 21 years of age or older for this position. Must be able to communicate in English in both verbal and written form.
