This position is responsible for providing guests with a positive experience and maintaining Triple George Grill's brand standards as set by the Company.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Welcome guests efficiently and courteously. Prepare and serve beverages for guests and servers. Accurately enter the cocktail into the POS system and collect money from guest. Maintain a clean and safe environment that meets all Clark County Health Codes. Make cocktail suggestions to guests and assist with questions they may have. Ensure guests served meet legal age. Retain an accurate cash bank and report any discrepancies to a manager. Provide outstanding customer service and engage guests. Report any service missteps or guest dissatisfaction to managers. Maintain a well-stocked organized bar. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Strong knowledge of beers, wines and spirits. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Previous restaurant experience preferred. Must be able to comprehend all information and documentation. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to work in an environment filled with varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke. Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area. Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures. Follow all safety procedures as established by the company.
