Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, Location: on-site in Bonita Wage: $20-$25/hr 3-4 month Contract but could be longer Qualifications:
4+ years of Administrative Assistant or Program Management experience from K-12 Education MS Office proficient, Excel expertise (ability to generate reports and input data without errors) Bilingual is a plus High School Diploma Key responsibilities:
managing schedules maintaining accurate student records assist with the application and registration processes for dual enrollment and articulation facilitate effective communication between staff and the Administrator of Instructional Services, ensuring that all parties are aware of program requirements and deadlines contribute to outreach efforts and help organize program events, assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of the Administrator of Instructional Services, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, collecting and providing data, and completing other essential administrative tasks.
