LHH is proud to partner with a prestigious law firm located in Costa Mesa, CA. We are seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Current experience with all state, federal and appellate courts e filing. Preparing litigation documents in arbitration forums as well as state, federal, and appellate courts. Must have at least 5+ years of appellate e filing experience.

Provide administrative support for meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations, discovery shells, trial prep and trials. Calendaring experience with Compu Law

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation legal secretary, preferably supporting a partner or senior attorney.

Strong knowledge of state court filing procedures is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness.

Role Details:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Full-time, hybrid schedule on-site 3days and 2 days remote in Costa Mesa.

Standard office hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
