Litigation Legal Secretary !
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong litigation skills and a stable work history. Candidates with
bankruptcy experience
are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal administrative support to attorneys handling litigation matters
Prepare, format, and file legal documents in
State and Federal courts
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court appearances
Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and logistics
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Ensure deadlines are met and filings are completed accurately and on time
Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the legal team
Qualifications
Minimum
8 years of experience
as a legal secretary in litigation
Bankruptcy law experience
preferred
Strong knowledge of
State and Federal court procedures
and e-filing systems
Demonstrated
stability in prior roles
(limited job-hopping)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality

Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $105,000
