POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our People team. This role will support a few members of our Executive staff and you will enable seamless operations and serve as a critical communication link across offices as we continue to expand. You'll anticipate the needs of the Executive, leadership, and broader team members, helping the organization stay focused on resolving issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest company news, activities, and customer needs. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the impeccable business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. You get excited about being a strategic partner and serving as a "go to" for all areas of responsibility. You will have tons of growth opportunities and visibility across the company.
This is an in-office position that requires 5 days a week in our San Francisco HQ
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage calendars for Executives, proactively scheduling and removing any conflicts Manage business travel by booking flights and accommodations and filing expense reports Assist with the planning and execution of team events, meetings, and offsites Send invites and welcome executive visitors when they arrive in the office Assist with special projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS:
An experienced Executive Assistant who has worked in an administrative role for 3-5 years, ideally in a high-growth company Skilled in Google Apps, with a tendency to seek out technologies that optimize workflows Adaptable to the changing needs of a fast-growing startup A problem solver, able to anticipate problems before they arise and craft creative solutions on the fly Hyper-organized, able to prioritize and balance proactive and reactive work A strong written and verbal communicator An independent team player, you know how to take direction and run with it, and when to leverage your team for additional support Able to work flexible hours and be responsive outside of normal business hours
