Job Description: We are seeking a

Project Manager

to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and business application projects. This role is responsible for overseeing project scope, budgets, timelines, and quality while ensuring cross-functional collaboration and adherence to project management best practices. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in large-scale, multi-platform environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Develop, track, and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope. Manage project resources, including procurement, motivation, coaching, and support. Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business requirements. Lead technical teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. Define and manage test plans to ensure defect-free delivery. Facilitate UAT and support rollout planning and execution. Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses and project updates. Ensure consistent use of systems development and project management methodologies. Present project updates to sponsors and steering committees. Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering results. Excellent facilitation and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). Proven ability to collaborate across departments and disciplines to achieve goals. Professional experience in project or program management with a successful delivery track record. Ability to provide strategic insights while also performing detailed analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel. Nice-to-Haves:

PMP, PMI, or formal project management certification/coursework. MBA or advanced technical/business degree. Experience in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments.
