$45.00/hr $60.00/hr W2 Responsibilities Lead IT projects from initiation to successful implementation, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery. Manage project work plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables. Collaborate with IT and business unit leaders on portfolio management activities and business case development. Track and report project status to stakeholders, escalating issues related to timing, budget, scope, or resources. Create project portfolio summaries and present updates to IT and business leadership. Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout project lifecycles. Ensure project management best practices are applied and documented. Support creative problem-solving approaches that drive quality deliverables.
Qualifications
Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree 5 years' IT experience, including managing IT projects. Communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to share ideas clearly Collaborate across functions and levels to achieve business goals.
Nice-to-Haves: Background in tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate. Experience with IT portfolio management and cross-functional project delivery. Strong familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
