Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Phone Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between our clinic and patients. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. The Phone Operator will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services .
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and concerns. Provide information regarding clinic services. Assist with medical billing inquiries and ensure accurate patient records are maintained. Collaborate with the front desk team to streamline operations and enhance patient experience. Utilize EHR software for managing patient data and appointment scheduling. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPPA regulations. Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. Energetic, Kind, patient and professional AT ALL TIMES Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service with a proven record of professionalism Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. Must be able to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
