Process Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Process Engineer; this role is a great opportunity for an engineer looking to make a meaningful impact and grow within a dynamic environment. You will work closely with the Plant Manager and other cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven problem-solving techniques. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Support new product introductions and process changes. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. What We Offer: 5 weeks of PTO to start. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or a related technical field. Minimum of 18 months of manufacturing experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
