Plant Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at client's food and beverage manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing all plant activities, ensuring production efficiency, safety compliance, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety. Lead and develop plant staff to ensure a high-performing team. Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Oversee inventory control and coordinate with supply chain to maintain production schedules. Drive cost-efficiency initiatives while maintaining product quality and safety standards. Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and plant performance goals. Job Requirements Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing is required (minimum 5+ years preferred). Proven leadership experience managing plant operations or production teams. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA standards). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Four-year degree not required; relevant experience is prioritized.
