Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation or merger control. Strong knowledge of antitrust laws and regulations. Excellent legal research and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to draft high-quality legal documents. Proven experience working in a fast-paced legal environment. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. An active member of the Bar in good standing. Certifications
Admission to practice in Texas or eligibility to waive is preferred. Skills
