Scope of Responsibility

Join Cascade Engineering as an Inventory Control Coordinator. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Coordinator to support our supply chain operations and ensure accurate inventory management. In this role, you will oversee inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate system records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. You'll manage product identification, conduct BOM audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.

Target Pay:

The target starting base salary for this position is $18 - $24.33/hour (plus quarterly bonus incentive). Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Cascade Engineering considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

General Responsibilities Responsible for timely and accurate counting of finished goods, raw materials, components and expendable packaging in the plants and warehouses as required per procedure Ability to research inventory discrepancies using QAD, MODS and EAGLE Works with plants to organize inventory locations and maintain product identification Performs BOM Audits, providing part weights for analysis Audits supplier receiving paperwork and notifies appropriate personnel of errors Participates in Mission Center meetings Participates on teams related to CPR's caused by inventory discrepancies Participates on RIE teams as required Participate, as needed, in internal problem solving/ RIE /Lean activities Helps to establish procedures / workflows in functional areas Ensures documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate, and filed correctly Ability to identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes Maintain system inventory data and generate reports to conduct physical checks Coordinate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy Collaborate with other team members during cross / shared site cycle counts Supports operators and other staff on inventory best practices Adherence to required process standards regarding the cycle count procedure Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives Culture Bearer

Requirements

Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field OR HS Diploma / GED with 1 - 3 yrs experience Ability to complete and produce charts, graphs, spreadsheets and documents. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong data entry/computer file maintenance skills Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving protocol Basic understanding of production process flow and scheduling Understanding basic SCM principles. Ability to work independently and without supervision Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able and willing to obtain a Forklift License Proficient in Microsoft 365 Preferred
