Now Hiring: Food Runner/Busser Location:

BigShots Golf, Fort Worth

Purpose for the Position:

This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of food to our guests while providing world-class guest service. This position is a vital link between the kitchen and the dining room, working to maintain excellent communication and consistent plate presentation.

Essential Responsibilities: • Delivers food orders to guest tables promptly and professionally once the order is completed. • Expedites food orders from the kitchen by organizing and prioritizing dishes according to ticket times and the correct table numbers. • Ensures the accuracy of all orders before they leave the kitchen, checking to make sure all garnishments and sides are correct, with the correct presentation per brand standards. • Monitors portion control. • Helps to keep the expo line clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service. • Communicates clearly with line cooks, servers, hosts, and management regarding out of stock (86'd) items, longer than normal ticket times, special orders, allergy alerts, and ticket modifications or any other issues that would impact guest satisfaction and to maintain a smooth flow of service. • Assists in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency on the line and in the dining room as needed. • Upholds all food safety and sanitation standards at all times. • Reports to work for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy. • Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties. • Embraces O'Reach, OHX Experience, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Skills & Abilities: • Pleasant, polite team member who maintains a neat and clean appearance. • High attention to detail, especially when verifying ticket orders, plate accuracy, and presentation. • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • The ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • The ability to work well with, as well as motivate, a variety of personality types and maintain tact and diplomacy throughout all interactions.

Hours: • Due to the nature of the business, scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience: • High school diploma is preferred. • Prior experience as a food runner, expeditor, or in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
