Salesforce Developer
to contribute to First Tees technology initiatives. Under the guidance of our Senior Director of Salesforce and Senior Salesforce Developer, this role focuses on developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with opportunities for professional growth. Qualifications
2-4 years of Salesforce development experience Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce data model concepts Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) Working knowledge of version control systems and deployment processes Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment best practices Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing rules Experience with custom object development and relationship management Knowledge of data import/export processes and data quality best practices Understanding of Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and development best practices Strong desire to learn and grow in Salesforce development Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Interest in automation, process improvement, and the non-profit sector Certifications
Required: Salesforce Administrator Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant Responsibilities
Develop Lightning Web Components and customize Experience Cloud sites Implement automation using Salesforce tools; write Apex classes, triggers, and automation flows Style Experience Cloud pages with custom CSS Build integrations with external systems using APIs Perform testing, support data migration, configure Salesforce functionalities Manage user permissions, participate in deployments, document work, and support continuous improvement Additional Details
