8+ years of manufacturing experience 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience Strong NPI experience Experience within highly regulated environments (Medical device, aerospace, etc.) Hands-on precision machining and/or metal fabrication experience What's on Offer
Base salary between $130,000 and $150,000, depending on experience Unlimited PTO 10% annual bonus incentive BCBS Insurance package options
