Lead NPI efforts. Oversee team of 6 senior manufacturing engineers. Interact with clients to understand custom device specifications. Oversee all precision machining operations. Develop and implement most efficient manufacturing processes. Develop and track manufacturing KPIs. 8+ years of manufacturing experience. 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience. Strong NPI experience. Experience within highly regulated environments (Medical device, aerospace, etc). Hands-on precision machining and/or metal fabrication experience. What's on Offer
Base salary up to $150,000 based on experience. Unlimited PTO. Annual bonus target of 10%. BCBS Insurance package options.
