We are seeking a driven
Lead Senior Software Engineer
to join a growing engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern web technologies in a greenfield environment, creating innovative solutions for end users. If you enjoy building products from the ground up using the latest tools and frameworks, this position offers a chance to make a significant impact. Responsibilities Rapidly develop prototypes while delivering production-grade, scalable code. Contribute to the full development lifecycle, including new features, new applications, and tools that enable experimentation and customization. Balance creativity with pragmatismexperiment with new solutions while ensuring code optimization, maintainability, and quality. Partner with leadership and product owners to prioritize projects and features. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. Qualifications 8+ years of software development experience spanning frontend, backend, and mobile. Experience with Node.js. Experience with React, React Native, and/or Next.js. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, CouchDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB). Familiarity with microservices and API-first architectures. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Docker and container management. Hands-on experience with AWS. Experience developing with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor or CoPilot.
