We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Director of Dining Services to lead and elevate our dining operations across multiple sites.
Position Summary
The
Regional Director of Dining Services
is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and culinary excellence of dining programs across a designated region. This role ensures that all locations meet company standards for quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and fiscal performance. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a passion for food service, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and support dining service teams across multiple facilities within the region
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with site-level managers to drive culinary innovation and menu development
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, labor, and food costs
Recruit, train, and mentor dining service leaders to foster a culture of excellence
Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide hands-on support Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
(preferred)
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site food service management
Proven track record of driving operational success and team performance
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel frequently within the region
