Salary:
$75,000 - $95,000 USD About Frontier
Frontier is a value-added distributor of Peplink connectivity solutions with offices in the United States (Global HQ - Traverse City, MI), the Netherlands (EU HQ - Nijmegen), the UK, Spain (local office for Spain & Portugal), and a newly launched Frontier MX entity in Mexico. Role Overview
You will be accountable for channel-facing events with Frontier participation outlined below: U.S. Trade Shows:
Channel Partners Expo, Disasters Expo USA, ASA Winter Conference, Verizon roadshows. Plan and execute Frontier's exhibitor presence, booth design, shipping, swag, vendor management, lead capture, and alignment with Sales & Marketing. Peplink Global Partner Summit (Europe):
Plan and manage this flagship partner event on behalf of both Frontier and Peplink, driving end-to-end logistics and partner experience. Frontier Partner Invitational (Traverse City, Michigan, ~30 Key Partners):
Own venue, agenda, travel, partner communications, and onsite execution. Frontier MX Events:
Support Frontier MX's tradeshow presence in Mexico. Coordinate shipping, logistics, and alignment with MX team; no travel to Mexico currently required. Key Responsibilities
TradeShow Execution
Manage booth assets, freight, install/dismantle, and swag inventory for U.S. and Mexico shows (remote support for MX). Coordinate show services, registrations, and sponsorship deliverables. Track budgets, negotiate with vendors, and report on ROI. Summit & Invitational Leadership
Source and compare venue options, manage contracts, and coordinate audiovisual, catering, and travel arrangements. Build agendas with Frontier & Peplink stakeholders; manage onsite staff for summit and invitational. Craft pre- and post-event partner communications and satisfaction surveys. Program Management
Maintain a 12-month global events calendar with detailed timelines and key milestones. Develop repeatable processes for shipping, inventory, and playbooks. Provide quarterly performance dashboards to the Marketing Director. Qualifications
Required
35+ years of event or tradeshow management experience in B2B technology or channel/partner marketing. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple shows, vendors, and budgets independently. Strong written & verbal communication; comfortable across time zones. Preferred
Experience planning European or Latin American events. Familiarity with HubSpot, onsite lead capture apps, or event management platforms. Spanish or Portuguese proficiency. Location, Travel & Compensation
Travel: Attend key U.S. trade shows; Europe trip annually for the Peplink Summit; 2-3 HQ visits for invitational & planning. Currently, no travel to Mexico is expected (remote execution with Frontier MX team). Salary range: USD $75k - $95k. This role reports to the Marketing Director at Frontier and works closely with Peplink leadership on planning the global summit.
