What We Offer Starting pay: $14-$16 per hour depending on experience Opportunities to earn additional pay through optional interstate moves or overtime hours. Pay raise within first year if performance metrics are met. Earn tips from customers! Shift Information: Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday. Provide top notch customer service as a laborer as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings Greet customer upon arrival as a laborer and complete a walk-through of the premises Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customer Load, unload and operate a 26-foot moving truck Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection Drivers / laborers and movers perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent 18 years or older due to insurance restrictions Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and regular drug screening Excellent customer service skills Professional attitude and demeanor Experience in general labor, landscaping, manufacturing, production, construction, non-CDL driving, assembly, transportation, customer service, or warehouse helpful Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly
