Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite in San Diego, 10210 Genetic Center Dr Pay Rate: $22 - $24 per hour Assignment Duration: Through November Key Responsibilities:

Support the CS Call Center phone line, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Answer incoming calls promptly to prevent voicemails. Respond to questions regarding products, testing processes, billing, etc., or know where to find the answers. Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Escalate customer complaints or requests for Corrected Reports appropriately. Collaborate with Client Services, Patient Services, Sales, Billing, MSLs, and Lab teams. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage shared CS inbox (Outlook) for emails and faxes. Assist Client Services Associates with tasks such as SRP order entry, portal setups, SFDC updates, and managing Resulted folders. Handle daily requests from the Client Services Manager and Supervisors. Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree preferred, High School diploma required. Training and Certification:

On-the-job training, including HIPAA compliance. Maintain documentation to comply with state, CLIA, and CAP requirements. Additional Details:
