Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Administrator to join their team. As a ServiceNow Discovery Administrator, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Discovery team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
ServiceNow Discovery Administrator
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000
What's the Job?
Maintain and enhance Discovery patterns and data sources for multiple networks and instances.
Monitor discovery schedules and results, addressing stale CIs and troubleshooting discovery errors.
Execute the Quarterly IP reconciliation process to ensure network coverage by Discovery.
Create and update Discovery schedules for optimal performance and run-time.
Support ITAM projects to expand CMDB and Discovery on the ITSM platform.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
Experience with scripting languages including PowerShell, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
