Location: East-Coast region, United States Reporting to: CEO Supply Wisdom is a global leader in transformative risk intelligence, offering real-time insights to drive business growth, reduce costs, enhance security and compliance, and identify revenue opportunities. Our AI-based SaaS products cover various risk domains including financial, cyber, operational, ESG, and compliance. The Marketing Director is responsible for leading our marketing department and driving brand recognition, demand generation, and revenue growth. This includes developing the overall marketing strategy and plan, managing execution across channels, and ensuring strong alignment with business and Go-to-Market (GTM) objectives. The role also involves conducting market and competitive research, identifying customer demand, engaging with market analysts and influencers, and supporting brand positioning in the SaaS and risk management domain. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across all functions. Partner closely with Sales, Alliances, and Product teams to design and implement winning Go-to-Market strategies. Plan, coordinate, and implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, events, PR, analyst relations, etc.). Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective execution of initiatives. Maintain and administer a marketing database of prospects and clients. Engage with market analysts, influencers, and industry forums to strengthen Supply Wisdom's positioning and competitive advantage. Analyze performance metrics to evaluate and report marketing ROI; adjust strategy based on insights. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform decision-making. Define and prioritize key marketing objectives; set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing targets for awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention. Ensure marketing strategies are effectively executed and supported by the sales team. Promote a consistent brand image across all marketing and communication materials. Develop and manage impactful, differentiated marketing content and creative materials. Lead efforts in collecting, interpreting, and reporting on market data for forecasting and planning. Support short- and long-term market and sales forecasts. Provide marketing guidance and expertise across the organization. Foster strong customer and partner relationships through effective communication and brand engagement. Stay ahead of emerging trends in SaaS, risk management, and digital marketing, introducing innovative approaches (e.g., mobile, video, ABM, and thought leadership). Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required. 10+ years of well-rounded B2B marketing experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles. Minimum of 5 years in SaaS (preferably in risk management, procurement, or enterprise solutions) with demonstrated experience in scaling marketing functions. Competencies & Skills: Proven track record in building and scaling multi-channel marketing programs with measurable results. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members. Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making. Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, ABM, and email marketing. Experience with marketing analytics tools and interpreting performance metrics. Ability to convert customer and market insights into actionable strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting ability. Financial acumen for budgeting and managing marketing spend. Strong relationships with marketing agencies, analysts, and vendors.
