Managed full life cycle requisitions (30-40 roles) within Global Consumer Technology. Collaborated with hiring managers and colleagues to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. Conducted sourcing, resume screening, and interviews to evaluate and select candidates. Devised a diversity sourcing strategy for IT leadership and software developer roles.
