Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? You will be a Structured Rates Sales VP supporting our US distribution based out of our New York office. What will you do? Sell Structured Securities (Notes, Warrants, Certs) and OTC derivatives to retail and institutional clients, primarily private banks, wealth managers, and registered investment advisors, focusing on rates and macro products, with opportunistic cross-asset activities. Develop new business and onboard new clients. Communicate daily with existing and potential clients to manage desk flow and identify new business opportunities. Build relationships internally and externally to open new opportunities and solutions. Assist with projects such as pricing, product development, booking, trade reconciliation, and PNL reporting. Liaise with outside counsel to support ongoing business and build capabilities for future trades. Process notifications for issuance life events and assist with trade documentation. Support secondary market making and contribute to pricing. Support automation efforts, new application projects, and system upgrades. Improve processes for efficiency and implement automation. Identify operational risks and control deficiencies proactively. Participate in special projects as required. Primarily cover jurisdictions in the United States (onshore and offshore). What do you need to succeed? Proactively identify operational risks and control deficiencies. Review and comply with Standing Orders and Firm Policies. Escalate operational risk events and control issues promptly to management and risk functions. Escalate issues to relevant entities. Work effectively in a fast-paced, noisy trading environment. Estimated salary for this role is $225,000, subject to experience, skills, registration, market conditions, and business needs. This does not include bonuses and benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage, and paid time off.
