What is the opportunity? You will be a Structured Rates Sales VP supporting our US distribution based out of our New York office. What will you do?
Sales of Structured Securities (Notes, Warrants, Certs) and OTC derivatives to retail and institutional clients who are primarily private banks, wealth managers, registered investment advisors, primarily on rates and macro products and opportunistically cross asset Develop new business and onboard new clients Communicate daily with existing and potential clients to help manage desk flow and find new business Build relationships both internally and externally to help open up new opportunities and solutions for team Assist with ongoing projects, including pricing, product development, booking, trade reconciliation, and PNL reporting Liaise with outside counsel for ongoing business and to help build out capabilities for future trades Process notifications for all issuance life events and assist with trade documentation Assist with secondary market making role and pricing contributions Support automation efforts, new application projects, and system upgrades Help improve the processes for a more efficient platform and implement automations Proactively identify operational risks and control deficiencies Special projects as required Covering primarily the following jurisdictions: United States of America (onshore and offshore) What do you need to succeed?
Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business Review and comply with Standing Orders and Firm Policies applicable to your business activities Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly. Failure to do so may subject you to disciplinary action, up to and including termination Escalate any issue to the relevant entities Fast paced environment (trading floor), which can be noisy. Ability to cope with stress, pressure and timelines Series Licenses required (SIE, 7, 63) Whats in it for you?

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
