Hybrid Role: 3 days onsite per week! We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce and product ownership. Experience with Salesforce object models is a plus. A Masters degree and Fintech experience, particularly in the Multi Family Origination space (externally and internally hosted platforms), are preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with a wide network of stakeholders, discussing abstract business requirements, and engaging with stakeholders effectively. Excellent writing, story development, refinement, and product owner skills are essential. A technical background is also required. This role is not for a data analyst. The Business Analyst will lead the functional requirements gathering team, work directly with internal customers to understand business needs, identify design, process, and specification issues, and mentor lower-level Business Analysts. The candidate may also manage business and system issues during and after the project lifecycle.
