Maintenance Technician - Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! Key Responsibilities: Adhere strictly to all safety policies and work instructions, ensuring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Examine machine controls and facilitate plate changeovers to support production needs. Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery. Repair mechanical components and replace parts such as bearings, filters, and wiring. Observe operations to identify issues within mechanical devices. Dismantle machinery to access and replace defective components. Adjust functional parts and control instruments to enhance performance. Inspect used parts for dimensional changes. Lubricate and clean machinery to uphold maintenance standards. Document changeover times and work orders to track improvements. Complete tasks to ensure safety, reduce downtime, minimize scrap, and optimize production quality. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent training/experience. Electrical experience preferred. Able to interpret documents such as manuals and schematics. Familiarity with precision measuring devices, including electric and hydraulic gauges. Basic understanding of systems and equipment schematics. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good mathematics skills for basic calculations.
