Wesper is seeking a high-performing and results-driven Sales Manager to take ownership of the sales cycle, from building a strong pipeline to closing deals. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with business and clinical leaders in key markets, including hospitals, sleep clinics, IDTFs, and dental practices. The position demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare market.
Territory:
DC, MD, DE, PA, NJ, and north to Maine. Expect up to 50% travel, especially through Boston. Responsibilities Closing Deals & Driving Revenue: Own the sales process from prospecting to closing. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline across assigned regions. Meet or exceed revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and target markets. Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Strategic Selling: Understand customer pain points and position Wespers platform as the ideal solution. Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with Marketing for outreach campaigns and industry events. Partner with Customer Success for smooth transition from sale to implementation. Pipeline Management & Reporting: Manage opportunities in CRM, ensuring data accuracy. Provide forecasts during pipeline reviews. Requirements 10+ years in healthcare sales, with a proven record in closing high-value deals. Ability to meet and exceed revenue goals. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working independently with high accountability. Familiarity with CRM tools. Willing to travel up to 50%. Bonus Items Experience with wearables, therapeutic, or sleep-related devices. Background in startups or high-growth environments. Knowledge of industry regulations and reimbursement models.
