Vice President of Sales – MedTech SaaS Boston, MA (Hybrid/Remote within U.S.). Are you ready to scale a high-growth MedTech SaaS company that’s transforming healthcare? We’re seeking a Vice President of Sales to build and lead our commercial engine through the next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape go‑to‑market strategy, expand into new markets, and deliver measurable impact to providers, payers, and patients. Base pay range $225,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr This range is provided by Linq Recruitment Specialists. Own Revenue Growth: Define and execute sales strategy to achieve ambitious ARR targets. Build & Lead the Team: Recruit, coach, and inspire a world-class sales org (AEs, SDRs, regional leaders). Enterprise Sales Leadership: Drive complex deals with health systems, payers, and strategic partners. Sales Operations & Process: Establish repeatable, scalable GTM playbooks, forecasting discipline, and pipeline visibility. Cross-Functional Partnering: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align around value delivery. Market Expansion: Identify new verticals, channels, and strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption. What We’re Looking For

Proven track record as VP Sales or senior sales leader in healthcare SaaS / MedTech. Success in building and scaling teams from Series A–D through high-growth (ARR $5M–$50M+). Experience closing enterprise healthcare deals (providers, payers, or life sciences). Deep understanding of healthcare decision cycles, procurement, and compliance dynamics. Strong operational discipline: pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM/RevOps tooling. Passion for mission-driven innovation in healthcare. What is in it for you?
