Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision. We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Principal Product Manager to shape and elevate our product experience. As a Principal Product Manager in the Exposure Management team, you will define new features, own core product areas, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-focused solutions that set us apart in the market. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in one or more of the following areas: Vulnerability Management, Compliance, or Cloud Security. In this role, you will work with engineers, researchers, and customers to understand the complex challenges of managing and mitigating security risks at scale. You will be instrumental in building solutions that not only identify vulnerabilities but also provide intelligent, automated, and efficient ways to fix them. Success in this role demands agility, deep understanding of underlying technologies, creativity, and excellent time management. Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends Translate customer needs and technical considerations into clear business and functional requirements across the product portfolio Partner with UX to craft intuitive user experiences, focusing on workflows and dashboards that drive engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams throughout the product lifecyclefrom concept to launchto deliver high-quality releases Prioritize product initiatives based on customer insights, business value, and technical feasibility. Lead go-to-market readiness by working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams Serve as the voice of the customer by validating features, testing builds, and guiding post-launch iterations Stay ahead of emerging trends in the CTEM and Cloud security landscape through ongoing research and competitive analysis Act as a product evangelist for our Exposure Management solution, articulating the product vision and competitive differentiators to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role within the cybersecurity domain. Deep understanding of vulnerability management, security operations (SecOps), and modern IT infrastructure. Experience with vulnerability scanners, patch management systems, and asset management is highly desirable. Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a strong sense of market differentiation and innovation. Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver high-impact outcomes Skilled in tracking cross-team deliverables, assessing risks, and managing resources and timelines to keep projects on schedule Hands-on experience managing day-to-day product delivery operations; leadership in complex or large-scale project execution is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to information gathering and communication A proven track record of building great user experiences and solving complex problems in a simple, elegant way. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences, from engineers to executive leadership. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple teams. Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience or equivalent military experience required Experience with vulnerability research or a background in security engineering. Familiarity with compliance frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2. A passion for open-source tools and a strong security community presence.
