Job Summary:

This role is essential for managing medical supplies and materials, ensuring they are accurately accounted for, well-organized, and readily available across healthcare facilities in the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of materials, equipment, and supplies. Unpack shipments for storage and delivery. Deliver supplies and packages promptly to various departments within hospital and medical office settings. Maintain precise inventory records by monitoring stock levels, performing regular cycle counts, and updating inventory systems. Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Provide efficient supply deliveries using inventory replenishment systems. Coordinate and assist with the annual perpetual inventory of supplies. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery of materials. Organize and maintain a clean, efficient storage area for supplies and equipment. Implement and uphold inventory control procedures, including proper labeling and stock rotation aligned with organizational standards. Conduct regular audits and report discrepancies to management. Assist in developing and implementing supply chain policies and procedures. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary. Maintain detailed documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records. Report inventory status and supply issues to management. Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or healthcare supply chain environments. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with healthcare professionals and medical terminology is beneficial. Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in inventory management, supply chain management, logistics, or related field is a plus.

Work Shift:

1st Shift, 40 hours per week.
