Job Description
Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising standards and procedures Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness Provide and accept feedback Follow labor laws and store policies Support shrink reduction initiatives Maintain a safe environment Perform other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For: You
Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support store needs Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to change Ability to lift heavy objects with accommodation if needed Effective teamwork skills Retail experience preferred Benefits include: Associate discount, EAP, health benefits, 401(k), and more.
