Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store. Model established customer experience practices Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give change Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising procedures and standards Prepare merchandise for the sales floor Participate in store recovery and cleanliness Maintain safety and organizational standards Support shrink reduction goals Other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For: You
