Northbank Center Management - Administrative Assistant Position
Summary:
The Administrative Assistant position provides high quality administrative support to the Property Manager and exceptional customer service to tenants and guests of the Northbank Center. Responsibilities:
Fields tenant requests and phone calls and acts as Receptionist Coordinate conference room scheduling, use and billing Processing rental payments Coordinates scheduling of building security Completes regular walkthroughs of the building to assess maintenance issues and coordinates with appropriate personnel as needed Track and follow up regarding Facilities Management and Information Technology Services work orders Maintains break room, coffee and water services, and office supplies Required Qualifications
At least two years of office experience Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively, prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated customer service experience Dependable, punctual, trustworthy Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures Desired Qualifications
Associates or higher degree in business, Facilities Management, or related field. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, Event Management Software, Google Mail and Google Drive a plus. Experience working in a law office environment, with government contracts, property management, or Facilities & Operations is a plus. Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, Day Shift; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
