onsite role

that combines precision, problem-solving, and member-focused service in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Mortgage Loan Servicer II, you'll ensure that our members experience exceptional service throughout the life of their mortgage. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing assigned mortgage loan portfolios with accuracy and care.

Handling member inquiries related to payoffs, taxes, and insurance.

Performing annual escrow analyses and overseeing lien perfection and compliance releases.

Coordinating with IT teams for rate changes and system updates.

Conducting audits and reconciling the General Ledger to ensure compliance and precision.

Leading as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements for greater efficiency.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

Experience:

4-6 years of mortgage servicing or processing experience, with a preference for servicing secondary mortgages.

Compliance Knowledge:

Solid understanding of regulatory guidelines and internal controls.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Collaboration Skills:

Comfort working independently and in partnership with teams across departments.
