Shift : 3x12 Nights (18:45 – 07:15) Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend Call Requirement : None Floating : Yes, to other Med/Surg or like units within the hospital or affiliates Block Schedule : Not guaranteed, but may schedule 3 in a row Orientation Hours : 24 hours Guaranteed Hours : Client may cancel up to 36 hours/13-week contract Job Requirements
Experience : Minimum 1 year required Certifications

(Not mandatory, but strongly preferred) Clinical Skills: Telemetry & remote monitoring Rapid Response Teams Ortho trauma experience Post-Angiogram, Post-MI care IV insulin protocols Colostomy & feeding tube care Pre/Post Hemodialysis Renal failure management Central/PICC line care, phlebotomy, starting IVs Blood product administration CVA, Neuro surgery care Chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, HFNC Wound care/VAC PCA, Heparin, Insulin administration Surgical drains, Isolation precautions System & Charge Nurse Experience: Cerner experience preferred Previous charge experience preferred Unit Support Services
