Key Responsibilities

Include, but not limited to, those listed below:

Streamline the administrative processes to support the estimating and business development department. Organize files, draft correspondence and data entry. Navigate and optimize online databases (Procore, Open Asset, FollowupCRM) for more efficient use. Conduct marketing research to identify high-potential market segments to expand project reach. Prepare presentations and deliverables for the team to pitch clients. Prepare prequalification packages. Support estimators in securing bid bonds, performance bonds and payment bonds from surety companies. Compile and deliver electronic and/or physical bid packages. Support Head of Preconstruction, General Counsel and CFO to facilitate workflow to execute prime contracts. Work as a liaison between estimators and project managers to hand off successful bids

Preferred Requisites

1-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a civil/heavy construction estimating department. Proficiency in administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn other software programs such as Procore, FollowupCRM and Open Asset. Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines.
