: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned Responsible for high volume data entry using Computer Ease software to enter and maintain client change orders / subcontractor purchase orders Update and maintain platforms/software and calendars Upload RFP/new opportunity documents to software management systems for record keeping of new jobs, awarded and lost opportunities Communicate / follow-up with subcontractors Filing / archiving job folders and bid folders Scheduling / manage calendar Assist in the preparation of bid packages Provide general administrative assistance and back-up to estimators Assist with special projects as assigned Assist with ICAP paperwork as needed Assist in the preparation of CM bid/RFP packages Our Perfect Candidate Education and Experience: 3+ years administrative assistant experience 2+ years in the construction industry Associate's degree preferred Required Abilities and Skills: Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills Candidate must be detail oriented, driven, punctual, and proactive Ability to work well in team environment and independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Knowledge of Computer Ease, Procore, Building Connected, Bridgit a plus Job Type : Full-time in office position. No remote work. Company Offers: Pay: $60,000-$70,000 annually based on experience and education Comprehensive benefits package available including: Healthcare Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation & Holidays, and 401(k) Retirement Plan
