Description of the Role As a Home Care Kinnser Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the intake process for new patients. This includes verifying insurance, obtaining necessary medical documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition to home care services.
Responsibilities
Verify insurance coverage for new patients
Collect and review medical documentation
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless intake process
Enter patient information into the Kinnser system accurately
Communicate effectively with patients and their families
Requirements
Previous experience in healthcare intake coordination
Proficiency in using the Kinnser system
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of insurance verification processes
Benefits Compensation for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
