Assistant Project Manager

Our client is a reputable Full-Cycle Developer based in Brooklyn, NY, specializing in ground-up construction of residential buildings-both market-rate and affordable housing-as well as select commercial projects. With a strong pipeline and a commitment to high-quality, community-driven developments, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join their growing team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Assist in managing day-to-day project operations from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal team members Review and track RFI's, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Maintain project schedules and logs in coordination with the Project Manager Help monitor site safety, logistics, and compliance with building codes and regulations Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items Support procurement efforts and track material deliveries Assist in budget tracking and invoice review Contribute to project reporting and documentation for internal and external stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
