About the opportunity

Market Development Manager, Southwest Region

to interact with internal and external associates, plan, coordinate, and execute a cross-functional strategy to exceed growth goals. The ideal candidate location is the

Dallas, Denver, and Salt Lake City

areas. This position reports to the

Vice President, Strategic Accounts.

Where you will make an impact:

Work in coordination with the internal marketing team to execute growth strategies for Centinel products based on marketing programs and externally facing commercial initiatives. Work closely with customer's own marketing teams to drive patient education and awareness around motion preservation through website development and social media outlets. Work with the reimbursement and payer engagement team to execute growth strategies for the adoption of policy change and approval process through surgeon engagement, and utilization of available resources and education of the coverage landscape in assigned territory. Coordinate with marketing and sales training team to develop training curriculum to advance selling effectiveness, competitive technology knowledge, and company awareness. Will include leading and executing internal and field-based training initiatives. Partner with field-based Clinical Account Managers, Sales Management, Regional Sales Managers and internal Marketing to execute engagement plans to facilitate the surgeon relationships and utilization of Centinel technology. Work hand in hand with assigned territory regional managers to execute on sales goals and objectives through market development initiatives and payer engagement knowledge and understanding. Knowledge of AdvaMed and federal guidelines related to the healthcare industry or any federally regulated environment. This position has demonstrated relationship building skills with the ability to liaise between healthcare professionals and Centinel including Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Reimbursement, Clinical Operations and Product Development. What you will bring:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related or practical area of practice required. Experience with direct interaction with surgeons and medical personnel for training and supporting the clinical use of the pro disc

portfolio. Excellent attention to detail, communication, relationship building and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to adapt to changing workflows, manage processes and timely outcomes. Where you will go:
