About the opportunity

Manager, Financial Reporting

responsible for

financial reporting, compliance, audits, accounting operations, and process improvements in collaboration with other teams. This position is hybrid with a minimum requirement of 2-3 days per week in our West Chester, PA office. The role reports to the

Controller.

Where you will make an impact:

Prepare and analyze financial statements monthly, including: income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other reporting regulations, monitoring and implanting changes to these standards. Work with various departments, including finance, FP&A, and legal, to gather information and ensure accurate disclosures. Manage administrative aspects of OneStream including, but not limited to, creating reports, dashboards, account reconciliation module management, month-end close task schedule and consolidation process. Act as point of contact with external auditors to prepare audit schedules, coordinate support documentation and support internal audit processes. Assist with preparation and updates of accounting policies and procedures as necessary. Assist with technical accounting memos as new issues arise. Assist in the evaluation of significant and complex accounting transactions, research and implementation of relevant accounting technical standards, and preparation of technical accounting memos supporting all accounting positions. Ability to identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions for reporting challenges. Perform daily and monthly accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Assist with the annual budget process. Additional responsibilities determined by leadership.

What you will bring:

B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or CMA a plus. Experience with OneStream consolidation system, or similar type system Minimum of 7 years of accounting/finance experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong ERP system and advanced Excel skills. Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations.
