A dynamic and forward-thinking structural engineering firm is seeking a highly motivated
Structural Engineer
with a minimum of five years of professional experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to grow, take on diverse project types, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative and innovative team. About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of a wide range of structural engineering projects, with a strong emphasis on
K-12 educational facilities ,
seismic retrofitting , and
mission-critical infrastructure . The firm values engineers who are not only technically proficient but also passionate about expanding their expertise across various sectors, including commercial, institutional, and public works. Key Responsibilities Lead and support structural design efforts from concept through construction. Perform structural analysis and prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery. Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentorship of junior staff.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant structural engineering experience. Experience with
K-12 educational projects
is highly desirable. Familiarity with
seismic retrofitting design
and
mission-critical facilities . Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, Revit). Strong communication and project management skills.
