The Project Manager will be responsible for: Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans. Monitor project performance, addressing any challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project milestones. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients. Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met. The successful candidate will have: 8+ years of Project Management experience Proficient in Procore and other construction related software Comfortable mentoring/teaching APMs Schedule: 3 days in office, 1 day on site, and 1 day work from home Open as they just had their current PM get promoted What's on Offer
