Main duties and responsibilities include the following: Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Implement and refine policies to ensure superior quality standards. Prepare and present project updates to management and clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following: 6+ years of experience building commercial or multifamily projects Experience managing projects from start to finish Excellent communication & time-management skills Familiarity with Procore and other softwares Ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently What's on Offer
The right candidate will receive: Up to $130,000 base salary based on experience Performance related bonus scheme/Potential sign on bonus Competitive benefits package 401K plan and employer contributions 3+ weeks PTO
