Software Developer Oracle Cloud & Microsoft Azure
We are seeking a highly skilled and security-cleared Software Developer to support mission-critical systems at the National Security Agency (NSA). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and solid experience with Microsoft Azure, with a strong background in developing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable applications in cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Identity Cloud Service. Support hybrid cloud solutions integrating Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure platforms. Develop secure APIs, microservices, and serverless functions using modern frameworks and DevOps pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement secure, scalable software. Ensure compliance with NSA security standards and participate in regular code reviews and security audits. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud-based environments. Document system architecture, configurations, and procedures. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with Lifestyle Polygraph (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud technologies. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud services: Autonomous Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute, Oracle Cloud Networking, and Oracle Cloud Security. Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure Active Directory. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or PL/SQL. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, secure environment. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification. Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400). Experience working in a government or intelligence community environment. Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and secure software development practices.
