About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about professional skincare. The ideal candidate brings a one team mindset, is energized by supporting others, can handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, and is excited to help drive operational excellence across our sales and business development functions. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales, and supports the Chief Revenue Officer, the broader Sales team inclusive of Esthetician & Medical Channels, and Conferences & Events.
*Please note that this is a hybrid position working out of our corporate office in Danville CA every Tuesday - Thursday and working remotely Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Sales Support:
Provide administrative and operational support to the VP of Sales and CRO, including market research, data analysis, budget tracking, and project coordination Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for both the Esthetician and Medical sales channels Manage Education support and service calendars, follow up from in-person meetings, prepare for Ad Boards or sampling efforts Manage marketing inventory, promotional materials, and branded merchandise Support the flow of communication across the Sales team and cross-functional partners, ensuring timely responses and clear documentation
Executive & Cross-Functional Support
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the VP of Sales and CRO Assist with corporate communication to customers, agency partners, and key opinion leaders Manage Education support and service calendars, follow up from in-person meetings, prepare for Ad Boards or sampling efforts Collaborate with internal teams on special projects, onboarding, and internal communications Track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Conference & Event Coordination
Assist in planning and executing conferences, trade shows, and regional events Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, travel, and materials Maintain guest lists, rooming lists, and travel itineraries Ensure all event-related materials are accurate, on-brand, and up-to-date
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and work experience 3+ years experience in preferably in aesthetic, medical or beauty industry Customer first mindset Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking abilities Manage expenses within fiscal guidelines and policies A valid drivers license (not a high-risk driver) and reliable car Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment and materials Comfortable using a computer, keyboard, and mouse

Salary:
$31-$34 per hour plus bonus and full benefits package
