$68,500 - $121,900
annually, with an expected pay scale of up to
$92,000 . Salary offers are based on education, licensure, experience, and organizational needs. This is an
in-person
position located on campus. Housing Services manages marketing, communication, outreach, contracting, billing, collection, and daily operations for a residential community housing over 10,000 students in various properties. The Housing Administrative Analyst reports to the Senior Director of Housing Services and supports scheduling, customer service, data tracking, research, and reporting related to applications, cancellations, occupancy, demographics, and satisfaction. The role involves facilitating research, data analysis, and creating reports to support budget and workforce planning, as well as maintaining housing data for reporting to UCOP and the UC Regents. The analyst co-manages financial and space management processes for the North District 2 program at Riverside Community College District, ensuring compliance with State audits. The position requires developing relationships with campus and community partners including Auxiliary Services, ITS, Facilities, HR, Student Business Services, and Institutional Research.
